Introduction of HOW??? WHEN??? WHO???

Hi Champs,

Its a gr8 idea of creating a blog like this and creating a space to share your individual thoughts on our team, strategy followed in a game, results of the game, the feedback.... the list goes on and on and on....

I take immense pleasure in writing the first blog and i would like to thank "Mat Hayden" Rajesh for his thoughts of creating something beautiful like this.

So... Now to talk something on the topic of this blog "Introduction of HOW???WHEN???WHO???"...well..We guys dont need any introduction to be given to each other, but NOW we are not only friends... we have become team mates too, where i feel the action happens on the field brings in more closer relationship between each other, rather jus meeting over a weekend for a drink or for a dinner. I am sure few would have already realised that the relationship/conversation getting much thicker than ever before.. Cos im feeling it personally among the few and am sure it will spread across half way through the whole process..

Did the concept of forming a team tickled someones thought after a drink????or it has always been there deep inside few of our hearts????or is it the corporate culture of getting enrolled to the tournaments provoked us to form a team????or is it to brood the off field relationship much better by being together on the field????Well...the answer might be combination of all the above!!!

Now to talk about WHO???? Well...it wont be fair enough if i say there was only one brain who thought of this whole process of forming and bringing people together but major credit should be given to Srikumar and Rajesh for initiating things forward which was wonderfully overviewed by Rangaprasad.

Well..now lets have a look at all the team members those who made this dream a reality -(Alphabetical Order)

1. Aadu (a) Prabhu - Well...nothing to say about this guy!!! but Rahul's and Sachin's of the world will loose the competition in terms of posing to the camera!!! His bowling is better than batting...hmmm...no no..his batting is better than bowling...hmmm...no no...I DONT KNOW !!!

2. Bhai (a) Faizal - He is the unanimous choice of the team!!! well..for being the sponsorer of the team..But this guy doesnt agree to it....On his cricketing skills...A surprise package as a wicket keeper of the team but a dashing opening batsman.

3. Kuppai (a) Nithi - hmmm...well...hmmm...he bats!!

4. Kaja (a) Prakash - A gud all-rounder... havnt got a real opportunity to prove his all round talent!! Smokes in between the innings break!!

5. Kaatan (a) Rajesh - "Mr. Bucket", Mr. Mat Hayden", Mr. Keech Koral", Officer romba strictu..strictu...strictu.... Gr8 talent...gone waste!! master mind behind this whole activity.

6. Matty (a) Krishna - Any bowler would be scared to bowl the first ball by looking at this guy coming into bat...Doesnt worry at all for bowling the rest of the over...seeing him play the 1st ball!!!! He is a batsman.. bowls too with a "balle balle" action.

7. PMK (a) Srikumar - Skipper of the side... has a gud match winning record right from his cricketing days!! Plays gr8 cricket now than his cricketing era!!! Master brain behind the whole process. cheers!!

8. Praveen (a) Appu (a) Chittappa - Opening batsman..Before he reaches the batting crease his tummy does. Epdi irundha praveen!!!! ipdi aayitaan!!!! Opening batsman maariye ulla povaan!!

9. Sakkadai (a) Maheshwaran - Enthusiastic guy... loves cricket... doesnt mind spending 500 bucks for buying whites to do scoring in the matches!!! I Jus love his passion towards the game!!!

10. Sarukku (a) Ranga prasad - "The Commissioner" of Cric Cruisers... His passion towards the team, game, friends remains the same. Another person who was institutional in forming this team... Guess he finally decided that there isnt anymore glasses left in his house to be broken by us!!!Avanum evlo naal dhaan kovam varaadha maariye nadikardhu!!!! Rombaaaa nallaaavaaaan!!!!! :D

11. Sundar (a) Bar owner (a) Secret Agent - Another surprise package in the team!!! He made our eyebrows go up..gave us goose bumps... with his fantastic fielding efforts. He can field at point, covers, slips, gully, deep square leg, deep mid-wicket, fine leg, third man, long on, long off.....well i had to write all possible fielding positions to compensate my writing about his batting or bowling...HOPELESS!!!

12. Shivaram (a) Matter boy (a) Shoaib shiva - Fastest bowler....... "IN OUR TEAM", gives company to Kaja during innings break.. Awaiting an opportunity to have a go at Rajesh. Fast bowler turned All-Rounder!!! Has a century in his kitty!!

13. Shankaran (Girish) - Ground organiser for the teams practice matches... new to the gang!! So no kalaayals as of now...welcome machi...

14. Yema (a) Rajiv - Last but not the least, He is considered to be the most precious, most talented, most dedicated, most appreciable all-rounder of the side!!! "haiyooo..haiyoooo...innuma indha ulagam nammala nambitruku???????"


I have only one thing to say at the end of this blog!!! may be couple of things.... Lets all consider this as a new beginning in our relationship and number two keep posting guys!!!
